i am reminded that english is a flawed language every time i am forced to use that that in a sentence, all the good faith that i had had had had no effect on the outcome of that sentence

imagine trying to learn english and finding out that butt dialing and booty calls are two different things

this is bad english, them in that sentence implies there is more than one person, you can refer to a singular person as they/them, that's basic grammar, nah, he/she or their name
